Microsoft’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Microsoft matches up to $15,000 at a 1:1 ratio. Full-time and part-time employees can submit requests for a match.
• Volunteer Grant Information: No minimum hours required; Microsoft donates $25 per hour volunteered.
• Submission Process: Employees/donors submit requests at microsoft.benevity.org.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted within the last 12 months of donation.

Apple’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $10,000 at a 1:1 ratio for full-time and part-time employees.
• Volunteer Grant Information: No minimum hours required; Apple donates $25 per hour volunteered.
• Submission Process: Employees submit requests at apple.benevity.org.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted within one month of the donation date.

Google’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $10,000 at a 1:1 ratio for full-time and part-time employees.
• Volunteer Grant Information: Donates $10 per volunteer hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
• Submission Process: Employees submit requests at google.benevity.org.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted by January 31st of the year following the donation.

Starbucks’ Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $1,500 at a 1:1 ratio for full-time and part-time employees.
• Volunteer Grant Information: Employees must volunteer at least 25 hours to receive a grant of up to $1,000.
• Submission Process: Requests are submitted at starbucks.benevity.org.
• Deadline: 90 days from the donation date.

Boeing’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Employees receive a 1:1 match; retirees receive a 0.5:1 match.
• Volunteer Grant Information: Provides $250 per 25 volunteer hours (max $6,000).
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at Boeing Cybergrants.
• Deadline: January 31st of the year following the donation.

Verizon’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $5,000 for schools and $1,000 for nonprofits at a 1:1 ratio.
• Team Champions Program: Verizon matches up to $10,000 per team event for groups of 10+ employees.
• Volunteer Grant Information: Offers $750 for 50 volunteer hours (up to two grants per year).
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at Verizon Cybergrants.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted by the end of January the year after the donation.

HP’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $2,500 at a 1:1 ratio.
• Volunteer Grant Information: Employees donating time regularly can give $50 per quarter to a nonprofit.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at hp.benevity.org.

Dell’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $10,000 at a 1:1 ratio (minimum $10).
• Volunteer Grant Information: Employees volunteering 10+ hours per quarter can allocate a $150 donation.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at Dell YourCause.

Oracle’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $1,000 at a 1:1 ratio (minimum $25).
• Volunteer Grant Information: Oracle does not offer a volunteer grant program.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at oracle.benevity.org.
• Deadline: Six months from the donation date.

SAP’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $750 at a 1:1 ratio (minimum $50).
• Volunteer Grant Information: Employees donating time regularly can give $20 per volunteer hour.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at SAP Benevity.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted by December 31st.

Coca-Cola’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $10,000 per year at a 2:1 ratio.
• Volunteer Grant Information: No volunteer grant program available.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at CommunityKonnect.
• Deadline: Requests must be submitted by February 28th of the following year.

The Home Depot’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $1,000 per organization, with a max of $3,000 per employee at a 1:1 ratio.
• Volunteer Grant Information: No volunteer grant program available.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at Home Depot Cybergrants.
• Deadline: January 31st of the year following the donation.

General Electric’s Matching Gift Program

• Matching Gift Information: Matches up to $5,000 at a 1:1 ratio.
• Volunteer Grant Information: No volunteer grant program available.
• Submission Process: Requests submitted at GE Philanthropy.
• Deadline: April 15th of the following year.
