#211 / Washington Healthcare Access Alliance
Calling #211 connects people to a clinic and services in their area. Washington Healthcare Access Alliance offers a free and low-cost clinic search tool.

CarePoint Clinic                                                    FREE
CarePoint Clinic provides quality primary healthcare. Located at the  SVA Church Campus at 36017 SE Fish Hatchery Rd., Fall City, WA 98024. Call 425-478-6627 for questions and to make an appointment. 

Encompass Kinship Care                                   FREE
Kinship care support connects you and the children in your care to resources and a community of other families in the same situation. Go from overwhelmed to well-equipped with Kinship Care Support. Contact Encompass Resource Coordinator at 425-888-2777.

Home Equipment Loan Program (HELP)     FREE
The H.E.L.P. Center provides short-term loans of home care medical equipment to Snoqualmie Valley residents. Located at Mt. Si Senior Center, the program helps neighbors safely recover, remain mobile, and maintain independence with access to items such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, and canes. Equipment is available by appointment only due to staffing. Call 425-499-2968 to borrow, return, or donate equipment.

Medicare Optimized                                             FREE
Paul Briet at Medicare Optimized is a licensed, Medicare-focused insurance broker certified to represent Medicare healthcare. Since Medicare plans change each year, Paul  will personally review updates and guide you to the best plan for your health and finances. Call us to set-up an appointment.




Reclaim                                                                      FREE
Reclaim provides homeless services providing emergency shelter and wraparound support for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Senior Advocate Services                                     FREE​
Mt. Si Senior Center offers Senior Advocate services and can assist you with questions about social security, senior housing, Medicare/Medicaid or help you connect with other senior services and resources. Call to set-up an appointment.

Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank                          FREE
Snoqualmie Valley Food Bank provides free groceries and support resources for neighbors in the Snoqualmie Valley, helping households access healthy food and connect with basic-need referrals.  122 East 3rd Street, North Bend, WA 98045.
Food distribution hours:
  • Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 6:15 PM.
  • Wednesday, 9:30 AM to 4:15 PM.
  • Thursday, seniors only (65+) 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, all clients 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.

Summit Care Advisors 
Kirsten Patterson works with seniors and their families as a care coordinator and senior advisor based on the 5 Pillars of Aging: Housing, Health and Wellness, Personal Finance, Transportation, and Community and Social Interaction. 425-393-5066

Weather Refuge at Mt. Si Senior Center          FREE

During extreme heat or cold weather advisories, Mt. Si Senior Center encourages residents to seek refuge at our facility, where Wi-Fi, hot coffee, and  books are available during hours of operation, weekdays, from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
