2025 Rates:
Individual membership:         $60
Couple's membership:            $120 (Includes spouse or domestic partner)

All new and renewing members are encouraged to complete an updated Membership Application and Client Information Form. Forms and payments can be dropped off at the Center or mailed to:

To register for your 2025–2026 membership:

• Mail your completed forms and payment.
• Visit Mt. Si Senior Center in person.
• Pay online, with the convenient option to set up automatic annual renewal.

​Annual Membership Year:
Our membership year runs from February 1st through January 31st of the next year. This gives our members ample time to renew their membership in order to participate in our Annual Meeting of the General Membership and Board of Directors. That meeting is held the third Tuesday in February each year.
