Food Safety Note: Keep hot foods at 140°F+; reheat to 165°F if needed. Use gloves or utensils while serving, and tie back hair. MSSC supplies sample cups, spoons, napkins, and ballots. Please consult local health-department guidance if you have questions about ingredients or preparation.

People’s Choice Tasting: Public can sample with a $5 Taste Pass (while supplies last) and vote for favorites.
