Si Senior Center offers Senior Advocate services and can assist you with questions about social security, senior housing, Medicare/Medicaid or help you connect with other senior services and resources. Medicare Optimized Medicare Optimized is a Medicare-centric Insurance Brokerage with licensed professionals that are certified to represent Medicare health care products. Changes in Medicare plans occur every year. The We Speak Medicare Advisors review those changes with you and help you choose the best plan to protect your health and finances. POCAAN (Sage) Mobile Medical Shuttle The Free Sage Mobile Medical Shuttle will be at the Center on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month. Make an appointment with a Social Worker, Registered Nurse or C.N.A. for help with chronic medical issues, wound care & more. 425-888-3434 Pacific Professional Foot Care by Sarah Andrew, R.N., C.F.C.S. This portable service follows all safety precautions advised by the C.D.C. to minimize the risk of infection and allows, Sarah Andrew, RN to bring her services to you.
