Grant Writer
The Grant Writer secures grant funding that keeps Mt. Si Senior Center’s programs strong and our day-to-day work moving forward. You will identify and qualify grant opportunities, gather the right program and financial information, shape clear budgets, and write strong proposals and reports from start to finish. You will manage the full grant process, including timelines, submissions, follow-up, and required reporting.

This role focuses on both unrestricted operating support and project funding from public agencies, private foundations, and corporate partners.

Full time position, reporting to the executive director.

Fitness Instructors - Multiple Openings
Fitness Instructors lead engaging, safe fitness classes for adults ages 50 and older. You will guide members through workouts that build strength, balance, mobility, and confidence, while creating a welcoming, upbeat class environment.

This is a part-time role scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We are open to new class ideas and fresh formats. If you have a specialty or a concept you want to bring to our members, we want to hear it.

  • LINE DANCE INSTRUCTOR for existing AM classes 
  • SUBSTITUTE FITNESS INSTRUCTORS for existing AM classes 
  • AFTERNOON/EVENING INSTRUCTORS for new PM classes

Facility Attendants - Multiple Openings
Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the Facility Attendant helps prepare and support venues for events such as weddings, private parties, business gatherings, meetings, and celebrations of life held at Mt. Si Senior Center. This is a part-time, on-call position with hours and shifts that vary depending on event scheduling. Availability may be required any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, with shifts that adjust to the length of the rental. PART TIME position.
