Front Desk Receptionist                                            PT 

The Front Desk Receptionist is the warm first hello at Mt. Si Senior Center and the steady point for visitors, calls, and questions. Greets guests, checks people into classes, and handles payments, reservations, and orders with accuracy and care. Brings approachable problem-solving, clear communication, sound judgment, and strong tech comfort. Serves as a reliable anchor at the front desk, ensuring every visit is smooth and positive.

Grant Writer                                                               FT

The Grant Writer is responsible for securing vital grant funding to support Mt. Si Senior Center’s programs and operations. This role includes researching and qualifying prospects, preparing compelling proposals and reports, and managing all aspects of the application process—from data collection and budget development to writing and submission. The Grant Writer will help secure both unrestricted operating support and project-specific funding from public agencies, private foundations, and corporations.

Fitness Instructor                                                     PT var. hours

Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the Fitness Instructor leads safe and effective fitness classes designed for adults aged 50 and older. This part-time position is scheduled on weekday mornings, Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with specific hours and shifts varying within that timeframe.

  • LINE DANCE INSTRUCTOR for existing AM classes 
  • SUBSTITUTE FITNESS INSTRUCTORS for existing AM classes 
  • AFTERNOON/EVENING INSTRUCTORS for new PM classes
We are accepting applications for Fitness Instructor positions on a rolling basis, and they will be reviewed as received. Interviews will be scheduled, as appropriate, once applications are submitted. We kindly ask that you do not call regarding the positions.

​Facilities Attendant                                                         PT 

Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the Facility Attendant helps prepare and support venues for events such as weddings, private parties, business gatherings, meetings, and celebrations of life held at Mt. Si Senior Center. This is a part-time, on-call position with hours and shifts that vary depending on event scheduling. Availability may be required any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, with shifts that adjust to the length of the rental.

We are seeking multiple Facility Attendants to join our team. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received, and interviews will be scheduled, as appropriate, after applications are submitted. We kindly ask that you do not call regarding the positions.
