Meals to Go for Seniors (updated 02/18/2021)
Mt Si Senior Center is providing lunches Monday through Friday to seniors who have difficulty providing themselves a healthy meal during this time. We offer both curbside pick up and delivery. To manage our resources efficiently, we are asking that seniors pre-register for a week's worth of lunches.
For more information please call us at 425-888-3434 ext 0. If you get our voice mail please leave your name and phone number. Between 02/22/2021 and 02/26/2021 we will take registration for seniors seeking lunches for 03/01 through 03/05. If you have access to food and are able to provide a meal for yourself, we ask that you consider saving a meal for someone else for whom this service is a serious need. We've had some very nice donations of flowers and goodies for the Meals To Go program - thanks to Down To Earth Flowers and a couple of anonymous donors. Healthy Eating On A Budget
Our friends over at the USDA have some great resources on how to eat healthy. Visit their website for more information.
